Registration Fee's are as follows:

$65 for the 1st child
$55 each for the 2nd and 3rd child
No charge after the third child

Eligibility:

Born before September 1, 2003 NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
** All new registrants require a copy of their birth certificate.
Age brackets are based on child's age as of Aug. 1^st. (except for Developmental League U6 - U8 where bracket is based on child's age as of Sept. 1st to coincide with Oxford school system)
Travel team players: Only if born before August 1, 2000 and only if you have not received a uniform for Fall 2008 season or after must provide uniform size. Choose size carefully, Woman’s and men’s sizes are different. Ex. a Women’s M is smaller than a Men’s M. The size you choose is the size you’ll receive. Uniforms should be tried on prior to order. Remember it needs to last through the spring of 2010 season. If you select the wrong size you will need to purchase the replacement. To avoid numbering conflicts players may not swap shirts.
All those registering after May 31, 2008 must pay a $20 per player late fee. Players may be put on a waiting list.

Note: Any request to move to an older age bracket must be in writing and received by OYSA registrar no later than May 31, 2008. Requests received after this date will not be accepted (no exceptions). Move up requests are not guaranteed and will be reviewed by OYSA Board Members.

Refund Policy:

$15 of the fee is non-refundable unless OYSA can not place child on team or there is a medical problem. Late fees are also non refundable except as above. The refund amount is amount paid, minus $15 minus expenses already paid on behalf of the player. (State registration fees, uniform, etc.)

Cost:

Mail-in Registrations Deadline: Thursday May 31^st, 2008 is the deadline to register for the Spring 2008 season without incurring a late fee. All registrations received after Thursday May 31^st must include a $20 per player late fee. We also cannot guarantee that a child registered after this date will not be be put on a waitlist. Please fill out a registration form for each child being registered and mail it to the following address: Oxford Youth Soccer Association, Inc. P.O. Box 349 Oxford, MA 01540
Please be sure to include the following with the completed registration form: Check made payable to "Oxford Youth Soccer Association" (do not send cash) If the child has not previously played soccer in Oxford, a copy of his/her birth certificate (to verify date of birth) If registration submitted after May 31^st, an additional $20 per player late processing fee. If we do not have all the information requested with payment, we cannot process the registration. Players must have been born before Sept 1, 2003 - NO EXCEPTIONS.
